SERVANT HOME CARE NURSING AIDE PROGRAM
We provide students with current situational, real-life experiences through a
hybrid program that includes online instruction and in-person training that will
make them qualified and competent to sit in Indiana Certified Nursing Exam.
OUR CURRICULUM
Our program is designed to provide students with realistic interactive instruction and training that captures real experiences as a CNA. The program is run by a
nurse practitioner who has had first-hand experience of a CNA’s perceptive. She
can assist and mentor each student to make sure they understand and acquire
the knowledge and skills needed to become a CNA.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Instruction
The instruction is mainly provided online with some in-person lab and clinical training. The instruction will prepare each student for the
emotional, physical, and interpersonal skills needed to become a competent CNA.
Training
Each student will be able to obtain real-life experiences and get hands-on training to develop their skills and confidence as certified nursing
assistants. We have a simulation-interactive manikin
that provides immediate feedback. It allows students to experience realistic situations that will translate into confidence and competence as a CNA.
Mentorship
Each student will receive coaching and mentoring. They will have the opportunity to schedule coaching meetings where they can ask
questions, address concerns, and gain one-on-one understanding. This mentorship allows them to obtain the necessary values and
capabilities to become successful CNAs.
